Information TechnologyJob Summary:
The Enterprise Manager is responsible for planning, implementing and maintaining the non-ERP Finance products. The technology areas may include but not limited G-Treasury, Integrify, Nexus, CASS as well as any financial peripheral system within the ERP Landscape. The incumbent has accountability for the performance and results of technical professionals working across several teams. The incumbent serves as a liaison between the business community and the IT organization. The incumbent maintains an understanding of the business and acts as a trusted advisor by being the primary point of contact for non-SAP ERP products from IT for IT and business directors/VPs. This position is viewed as a subject matter expert on G-Treasury, Integrify, Nexus, CASS, non-ERP products and provides technical guidance to employees, colleagues and business leaders.Job Description:
Strategic Planning
- Collaborates with Vendors to understand current product offerings and future direction of non-ERP products including but not limited to G-Treasury, Integrify, Nexus, Tax Software.
- Represents the perspective of non-ERP products including but not limited to G-Treasury, Integrify, Nexus, Tax Software as part of a collaborative team of IT Managers when developing the strategic direction for IT
- Brings a current knowledge and future vision of non-ERP products as related to the Company's business initiatives
- Collaborates with all IT Managers, Directors and VPs to ensure strategies address the needs of all IT Product Teams and enable seamless, cross-vertical interoperability.
- Leads a Technology Product Council with business leaders to define and approve the non-ERP products strategy and future project roadmap including but not limited to G-Treasury, Integrify, Nexus, Tax Software.
- Collaborates with Vendors and suppliers to understand current product offerings and future product roadmap.
- Collaborate with accounting, procurement, FP&A, Tax, Treasury, Investor relations and AP/AR team to define technology future landscape as per required business capability.
Information Systems Development, Implementation & Support
- Directs the support of existing systems, ensures that operational problems are solved in a timely fashion and that the technology performance levels meet or exceed the users’ business requirements
- Directs and coordinates the planning and implementation, including all phases of system design, configuration, programming, installation and operations for non-ERP products including but not limited to G-Treasury, Integrify, Nexus, Tax Software.
- Ensures IT project management practices are followed to include project management, portfolio management prioritization, enterprise architecture and quality assurance processes.
- Ensures project deadlines and budget are met.
- Sets policies and procedures, technical standards, methods, and priorities
- Tracks and drives adoption of platform technologies and shared best practices across business and IT teams.
Organization, Administration and Personnel Management
- Assess, develops, retains, and recruits IT talent that will support the ongoing needs of the business
- Manages and assigns personnel; devises and evaluates the staff's work; and prepares performance evaluations
- Coaches and mentors subordinate, identifies training needs and recommends development programs.
- Reviews and negotiates software license agreements and contracts with vendors and maintains business relationships with strategic suppliers.
- Responsible for building and maintaining a high performing team, providing engagement & line management responsibilities, information and functional/technical experts.
- Experience with leading remote projects and remote teams.
III. Supervisory Relationships:
Position Reports To: Vice President – IT Applications
Subordinate Positions:
- Manages multiple managers of diverse teams across the organization. Size of direct and indirect staff managed depends on functions managed. May supervise independent contractors.
IV. Incumbent Attributes:
- Education: BS/BA in a related field or equivalent experience typically required to complete all essential job functions. MS/MA/MBA typically preferred.
- Years of experience: At least 7 years of related professional experience is typically required to complete all essential job functions. Prior experience managing multiple teams or groups is typically required.
- Other unique job relevant attributes:
- Past experience with enterprise-wide responsibility for the selection, implementation and support of technology that is not directly supporting business processes
- Ability to lead strategy for one enabling IT technology. Selects new technologies from new vendors.
- Ensures large projects are on-budget
The estimated base pay for the position is typically between $120,600 - $169,700.
The actual base pay for the position may be influenced by factors such as education, training, skills, qualifications, competencies, years of experience, job-related knowledge, and scope of the role, and could be outside of the posted pay range.
In addition to base pay, an incentive program is available to all full-time employees, and a comprehensive benefits package including two medical plan options, a health savings plan with a company contribution and a match, dental and vision benefits, a well-being incentive program, 401(k) Plan which provides a protentional of receiving between 10% and 13% of employer’s contribution, life and disability insurance, paid time off programs and much more!
