The next step will be a 30-45 minute interview to discuss your experience and skill set. While we will be learning more about you, this is also an opportunity for you to learn more about CF. If there is mutual interest in continuing the process, you would move on to the next step.
Some roles require technical assessments. If your position does not require this, or you pass your assessment, you will move to an interview with the hiring manager and possibly other members of the interview team. Interviews could either be on-site or virtual.
Some roles will require you to meet with additional CF employees, including cross-functional team members. These interviews could be in a group or 1:1 setting. These interviews could be on-site or virtual.
Once you’ve completed your interview process, the interview team will meet to discuss and evaluate candidates. You’ll be notified of our decision as quickly as possible. We typically interview multiple candidates, so timing will depend on when all interviews are completed.
